Why I Started Helping Women Lose Weight?
Because I know what it feels like to be frustrated with your body despite knowing what you're "supposed" to do.
As a personal trainer, I thought I should have had weight loss figured out. But the truth is, I struggled too.
For years, I believed I needed to train harder, eat less and be more disciplined. Like many women, I was stuck in the cycle of trying to be perfect, falling off track and starting over.
Everything changed when I stopped chasing the next diet and focused on the basics that actually work: calories, protein, strength training, daily movement and consistency.
Over the next 12 months, I lost 15 kilos. I did it while travelling, through holidays, and even during a four-month injury when I couldn't train properly. Instead of giving up, I focused on simple habits that fit my life.
That journey changed the way I coach forever.
Today, I help women lose weight without giving up their favourite foods, social lives or weekends, because lasting weight loss should work with your life, not take it over.
What I Believe About Weight Loss

One bad meal doesn't ruin progress.

The goal is balance, not restriction.
